Leader of the Pack

The Leader of the Pack Award honors those in our community who have shown hard work and dedication to our organization and community. The award recipient(s) are decided upon by the Board of Directors.

While each Board of Directors can use their discretion on how to award this, the main rules and qualifications are:

  • A nominee must be nominated by a current board member. Another board member must second the nomination, and the nominee must attain a 2/3 vote or greater among the board of directors.
  • A nominee must be active in our community for three years. These years do not need to be consecutive.
  • The nominee does not need to be a SEA-PAH member.
  • A nominee must not currently be serving on the SEA-PAH board of directors. A past awardee may serve on the board of directors after receiving the award. While someone’s work while being on the board can qualify them for this award, simply being on the board does not.
